Qt application icons are displayed using the default application icon rather than the one from the currently active theme. The odd thing is that their icons are correct in the application's menu panel item, but the default icon is being used in the "Window Buttons" component, "Windows Menu" component and in the "Alt+Tab" application at least. I'm running a 64-bit Archlinux, the described behaviour happens with VLC and Skype for example.
