With the "Chromium" theme, when a window is maximized, the buttons do not reach all the way to the top edge of the screen (there's about 3px border in between), making them harder to reach - for instance, clicking the top-right corner of the screen does not close the maximized window.

Oops, turns out I installed it installed it in 2009 and forgot about it. Sorry! :(
