If I go into settings, and "Print system", I see only "bsd-lpr" and not the file
print plugin.

i tought to set this bug as invalid (because the FILE plugin has been removed in
4.2.1, there is a print-to-file option in the xfprint dialog now whatever is the
plugin selected) but i wondered how you can tell to xfprint that you haven't nor
bsd-lpr nor cups
