This modifies the behavior of the processor registers and system monitor levels of up to 100%. The area of the CPU was too hot and the cooler would not stop even with the empty desktop. Only when I removed this group of applets, everything returned to normal! In other sessions as classic Gnome, shell Gnome and Cinnamon, this problem does not happen.
Another matter altogether. This doesn't belong in the cpufreq product category. File a new bug if your one-year-old problem still exists.
