battery.c:      battmon->charge = (GtkLabel *)gtk_label_new("50%%");

When i remove my battery with my charger on, the percent battery label is fixed at "50%%"

Why ? 

If any, it should show something like: AC or 0%

Should be fixed by http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-battery-plugin/commit/?id=409ff695af87616fc7bb2c6bc07a2e7e3df1b018

If you want 'AC', enable 'show source'..
