I moved a complete directory from
~/Downloads
into
~/Musik/XXX/ (both on the same HDD):

1. Clicked in tree on 'Downloads'
2. Right-clicked the dir, choose 'cut'
3. Clicked (if i remember it right) on the tree
3a. Right-clicked on the folder and choose 'past in folder'
4. Window with copy job opened, finished
5. New Directory appeared NOT in folder...
5a. Clicked 'reload' - no change
5b. Got into another dir in the folder and back - new dir is not shown
5c. Got out of that folder and back in - new dir is not shown
5d. Clicked 'reload' - no change
6. Search for the new dir outside the folder - not there
6a. Go back to the folder, looking for the dir - not there
6b. Clicked 'reload' - no change
7. Closed Thunar and opened up again - dir is shown!

I was able to reproduce this with another dir which for milliseconds appeared in the new folder an then disappeared!
