As of now, xfce4-notes app always uses GTK style from /usr/share/xfce4-notes-plugin/gtk-2.0/notes.gtkrc (at least on Debian). The only way to make notes use the system-wide GTK style (or any other one) is to make this file empty. Please add an option to do it without messing with /usr.
