Wtf? part of template strings is in French... strings: "Espace entre les lanceurs" "afficher les tooltips" "afficher les labels" "icone" "commande" "nom" P.S. maybe it's not French, but definitely not English. I'm the only translator for Lithuanian so the only way to translate is to use google translator(I know only English and Russian)... and such translation will be ugly...

Yes, it's still present, because even if a commit was made to fix it, there's been no release of quicklauncher since then, because this panel plugin isnt maintained since some years, and its code is too old to be salvaged/ported to gtk3.
