On latest GIT : tooltips (mouse hoover) coming from external plugins of the panel (ie : Orage) are shown at the "right - back" of the screen, not near the item like they do for everything else in the desktop, and for internal plugins (ie : launchers, app menu).

I have noticed such a bug but for any application, not sure if it only concerns panel plugins.

Problem in gtk, the panel has no control over this.
