Hi,

It would be a nice thing for the user to be able to add window rules to be implemented for certain applications.

For instance, I am using a Xpad a sticker-notes application. Xpad however does not skip the task-bar by itself. If I would like this application to skip the task-bar, it would be appropriate to have a list of window rules in the widow manager settings to add this flag to this application's window class.

There's already tons of apps to do that, no need to bloat the WM.
