Orage behind the panel

Every time I open the orage calendar it opens behind the xfce panel, so I can't click anything or move the window.

I'm running arch linux, XFCE 4.8, compiz, and emerald. It doesn't matter where I open it from (menu, dock, clock-plugin applet) it always opens on the top left side of my screen behind the panel. I don't have any issues like this with any other applications.

Screenshot Attached.

You can fix this by closing down Orage and updating the location directly in the config file:

~/.config/orage/oragerc

Location is defined in parameters:
Main window X=937
Main window Y=398

Can't explain why it originally went to wrong place, but ORage remembers it's location. Would be interesting to know the values of those numbers?

Thanks, I'll try that. I've attached my current config file with the 'messed up' values for you :)

Update: Edited values in the config file and it is still happening. After I edit it and open orage it just opens behind the panel again, and updates the config file with similar messed up values.

The value persists when I edit it, the problem is the Y value seems to be reset every time the application opens, to 173 which puts it behind the panel.

It seems after removing the program and deleting the config file, then installing it again fixed it. Not sure why after manually editing the config file it kept resetting, but seems to be working now.

Are you quite sure Orage was not running when you edited the file?
No other idea of what could have reset it to the bad values except that Orage was still in background and had those badf values in memory.
