I'm using a french keyboard layout (fr-oss9) and I noticed Alt-<numpad key> does not work as intended.

- Alt-NumPad1 just sends out the text "1" (as if Alt was not pressed)
- Alt-NumPad0 acts as Control-Inser, and Alt-Shift-NumPad0 as Ctrl-Shift-Inser (note that this is what the numpad 0 key does when Numlock is disabled, although it IS enabled)

I don't know when this bug has appeared as I just started using Xfce.
