Downstream bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=754201 "resumed from suspend without external monitor, that were attached before resume to ram. then reattached external monitor." See backtrace on downstream bug.
Backtrace: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=533808 Lionel, could it be that this is fixed by your latest changes to handle monitor unplugging and such?
Not sure about this one, sorry. I'd appreciate if you could try to reproduce with 4.11.x.
I seem to have exactly the same problem - except it's with my notebook and a projector. If disconnect the projector and resume after suspend, I get the crash, predictably. Can I install only part of xfce 4.11? It it stable enough to replace 4.10?
You can install e.g. only xfce4-settings 4.11 while remaining on 4.10 for the rest, so yeah, that is possible. It'd be great if you could test with the latest 4.11 release, because we have changed several portions of the code and unplugging external monitors should work ok now.
