I am using Fedora 16 with the following rpms installed:

Thunar-1.3.0-4.fc16.x86_64
thunar-volman-0.6.0-2.fc15.x86_64
gvfs-1.10.1-2.fc16.x86_64
gvfs-smb-1.10.1-2.fc16.x86_64

I can open a samba/ssh directory remotely and see the files in it. However when I open those files, say a text file, the file opens but it is blank. Similar results are found for playing a movie (it doesn't play). I have tried this both with "mounting" an smb:// and ssh:// share.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist, or if this ticket belongs in another more suitable location.
