Plugin was fully functional until approx. 1 week ago. Now displays 'No Data', and when properties is selected, all information appears to be correct. Plugin will not refresh, and no similar bug appears on the reported ones. I felt initially that perhaps the server was down, or some such similar issue. But this has been going on for an extended period, and there is no other weather plugin available that I could install.
I have the same appearance of the weather plugin in Xubuntu. Display of "No Data" and update seams not to be active.
This is a duplicate of bug 8105, but I can't mark it myself.

I've had this problem on and off for some while but I used to be able to work around it by changing the geographical location to somewhere else and then changing it back the one I use. Taking this action no longer works. Also, the weather Update details window shows the number 99 everywhere - i.e. Weather report for: 99 Observation station located in: 99 Last update: 99 etc etc
