I am moving from Gnome to XFCE4, and the only thing i really miss is that in
XFCE it is not possible to have ONE taskbar for EACH Monitor in an xinerama
environment.
It's really usuable to have this feature if you have many apps/terms/windows
open on the two monitors and just want to find one. Moreover its faster to click
on a taskbar on the monitor where you already are working.
I would love XFCE to implement this!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start XFCE in an xinerama environment.
2. Search how to duplicate the taskbar.
3. Frustrate because you will find out it is not possible.

It is not possible.

Expected Results:  
I would (and I think many other users too) like to be able to put another
taskbar on my second monitor to have the windows in this one and not all the
windows on ONE taskbar on the main screen.
