crash when creating two panels

console logs & valgrind run

I've tried to create two empty vertical panels; after dragging the newly created second panel, I got a crash (actually, just after I release mouse button). 
Attached are console logs.
I got message 'no valid position defined: (null)' after creating the second panel.
