After clicking on "start timer" on the left-click panel timer plugin menu, there is no immediate visual clue that the timer has started.

The only immediate visual clue is to check the tooltip by hovering the mouse pointer above the panel timer plugin.

Perhaps it would be better if the timer "bar indicator" started at the top and went downwards, instead of starting invisible and going up?

I'd prefer that there was a separate indicator to show that the timer is active, independent of the dynamic vertical bar. E.g. that the whole thing changes to a red colour or something while the timer is active?

Forgot to mention: I use the timer plugin v0.6.1

Since version 0.6.3 the progress bar goes from 100% to 0. Thanks for the suggestion.
