Outdated description for "Launch KDE services on startup"

In the "Session and Startup" Dialog, under the tab "Advanced", one can choose to launch KDE services on startup. When hovering over it with the mouse, this option is being described further in a tooltip. The description reads "Start KDE services, such as kdeinit, DCOP and aRTS".

I believe that nowadays KDE doesn't use DCOP and aRTS anymore, therefore this description should be changed.

I attach a screenshot showing the problem.
