Description Harold Aling 2005-02-11 14:17:45 CET
I use multiple instances of xfce-menu on my panel, all with different icons, but
all have the same tooltip...

Request: add an option to the properties of the menu to allow a different
tooltip/'right click menu name'...

Thanx!

I'm not sure, but I think both the tooltip and (definitely) the right-click menu
name are provided by the panel. Jasper?

The tooltip is from the plugin (see e.g. netload for fancy tooltip stuff ;-),
the right-click-menu name is set by the panel and is simply the name of the plugin.

You could add a 'Name' entry in the dialog perhaps, with a default of Xfce Menu?

Ok, I added an option to set the tooltip in the settings dialog.

Thanx! It seems to be working perfectly...
