After mounting archives with archive mounter using thunar, there is no way to unmount them but manually with gvfs-mount -u

That's the case for any kind of mounts done via gvfs.

This is still an issue with thunar 1.2.3 (Xfce4.8).

**Is there any way** to have a thunar user custom action on *.iso files such as "Mount ISO" that would gvfsd-archive -mount the file and **have it show** in thunar sidebar where it **can also be unmounted** with a click, like the plugged-in drives are?

How does thunar-volman achieve that? Can it be replicated with a command line? gvfs-mounts don't seem to create HAL UDIs.

This page (http://wiki.xfce.org/design/thunar/shortcuts-pane) (obviously past v1.2.3) shows mounted archives. How is this done?

Has this blueprint (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/thunar/+spec/thunar-gvfs-mounts) come to fruition in some version of thunar or what? :)
