Description: Orage reminder window duplicates itself infinitely until I grab the task and remove the reminder-option on the current task.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a task and keep the defailt reminder-options
2. Watch the reminders pile up

This can only happen when using floating times. Not easy to fix.

Fixed in 4.8.1.1 in git.
Added also checks trying to prevent floating usage.
