How to reproduce:

1.) Properties
2.) Turn off Display second
3.) Wait for break or Take a break
4.) Use mouse scroll wheel, move mouse or press any key
5.) Application crash

I confirm this bug. I though the plugin was completely broken, but got it working again after seing this bug report, and reenabling the seconds.

Using sabayon and xfce4-time-out-plugin-1.0.0

Would be nice to fix this bug, as seeing the seconds is quite disturbing when panels aren't in autohide mode

Reproducible on Gentoo amd64. Turning on the seconds display make the break screen work again.
