In 0.1.6, SYSCONFIGDIR/menus/xfce-applications.menu is always chosen when no menu exist in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/menus, despite the priorities set in XDG_CONFIG_DIRS.

Yeah, kinda stupid from me. Applied in 62ec543, 0.1.7 in a minute.
