Thunar doesn't show (all) GVfs mounts
Status:
RESOLVED: FIXED

Description Enrico Tröger editbugs 2011-02-27 15:34:31 CET
If I have some GVfs mounts like SFTP oder FTP connections, Thunar doesn't display them for some reason.

If I enter the URI of such a mount in the location entry, Thunar opens it and everything is fine. Even if the URI is not mounted yet, it will be mounted.

But why are existing mounts not shown?
This would make the whole GVfs support actually useful.

I noticed this. It doesn't display the mounts with gvfs-archive ('Open With "Archive Mounter"').
See that PCManFM (on the right) displays them while Thunar (on the left) doesn't:

Being worked on.

I've built exo 0.10/Thunar 1.6 and now 'Open in "Archive Mounter"' isn't available anymore on right-click.

Sorry to bother you Nick but just to register the status of this. In 1.6.1 it works fine but the address has some garbled characters and the side pane could maybe show just the file name (not the whole address).
