icon overlap picture

XFCE 4.8 - window buttons - as icon box & tasklist are now merged in one plugin window buttons, my panel looks like this: window buttons (show only icons) (substitute for iconbox) | window buttons (show icon & description) (substitute for tasklist) - but now when I open lot of windows the icons from window buttons ( substitute for iconbox) overlaps and window buttons (substitute for tasklist) doesn't shrink each window to fit
