I'm using the latest packages for Debian made by os-cillation.
It looks like the "inconsistent" state of a GtkCellRendererToggle cannot be
distinguished from a cell renderer whose state is active=FALSE;

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up any xfce theme and use an application that must show both active=FALSE
and inconsistent cell renderer toggle.

Actual Results:
The two states are drawn the same way

Expected Results:
A straight line should be drawn inside boxes that are in "inconsistent" state.

Actually there is the same behaviour for any checkbutton and radiobutton

I can't reproduce this in 4.4... Closing as 'fixed'...
