Solaris support for diskperf 2.3.0

The DiskPerf plugin doesn't work on Solaris.

The attached patch adds Solaris support.

It needs "make LIBS=-lkstat" but other than that is pretty clean.

The patch also fixe a couple of typos, and cleans up the tooltip in the case that the busy stats aren't separated.

Commited in http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-diskperf-plugin/commit/?id=bd930384e6a5cbdd3f34ea639e2b5d7a1109bae4, thanks ! Can you try 2.4.0 to confirm it works fine ?
I'd welcome a configure.ac.in patch to automatically add -lkstat on Solaris, btw :)
