When opening the xfdesktop-settings dialog the window will grow to accommodate the full with of the treeview containing the list of thumbnails and filenames of background images.
Since the window can grow very wide if there are images with great width and low height there should be a limit to prevent it from growing arbitrarily large.

Keep the image width to something sensible

The width of images in the xfdesktop-setting treeview can get
very large if the aspect ratio is a high number. This patch adds
a max aspect ratio of 3.0f to keep the image preview column from
expanding excessively.
