Set xfrun4's window title to something nicer than xfrun4

So add a the title "Run Program..." to it. Patch is attached to fix this.

This is too late for 4.8 as we are in string freeze, but I'll commit this once 4.8 is released. Thanks for your help!

"Run Program..." does not break strings, since it is used in the desktop file too.
