When I right-click on an application launcher and select move I can only place it next to a panel item which is not another launcher. The vertical black bar does not show up when I try to place it adjacent to another launcher. If I move it anyway it just does nothing. This makes reordering launchers on the panel really annoying. Also I can not move a launcher between panels.
