I have two panels. When I create a third panel, if I move it from its default location (floating around) it crashes xfce4-panel. It doesn't matter if I add plugins first, or change the size first. As soon as a release my mouse at its new position, it crashes.

What version of xfconf are you using? If you are using 4.7.4, then the only way I can fix this if you provide a backtrace with gdb and a panel (and possibly xfconf) compiled with debugging, because I can't reproduce this.

No info, no bug fixes. Works fine here anyway. Please reopen if you still have the bug with the latest release of xfce4-panel.
