I've been reading some reviews of Xfce 4.8pre2 and found that several persons complained about the new creation of launchers via drag and drop: they accidentally create launchers by dropping the icons on the panel instead of a nearby application. We could maybe add a small confirmation dialog? Like: Add a 'Foo' launcher to the panel? Yes / No As we are in string freeze, this would require an exception. Or we can postpone this to 4.10, it's not critical at all.
