Restore splash screen functionnality

Hi, 

Since xfce4-session 4.7.0, splash screens (balou, mice etc) no longer works (with commit http://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-session/commit/?id=92a18cb13ba74a4ca8304a4a37a4af4a3afeef0a ).
In attachment, a patch to restore the functionnality.
