Currently xfce4-notes store existing notes in ~/.local/share/notes/Sticky. Unfortunately this makes difficult to sync notes across computers using (inflexible) services such as Dropbox. Would it be possible to add (perhaps a hidden) option to change the default dir for storing notes?

Tomboy, another notes app, allows something similar by letting specify a different local 'folder path'. What do you think?

Hi Liviu,

I already thought about a "notes directory" option. Will be in for the next "hack session" on the plugin ;)
