In the winow list (middle click), there may be a destroyed window. If you click
on that (not the window, it doesn't exist, but the menu entry), xfdesktop crashes. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Terminal window, sleep 5 && exit
2. Middle click
3. Wait until the Terminal is closed
4. Click on that entry for the terminal

Actual Results:  
Xfdesktop crashes

Expected Results:  
Xfdesktop should not crash

correct.  the fix didn't go in in time for 4.2.0.

though i did just notice that i forgot to backport it to the xfce_4_2 branch.
