When DnD Files into Playlist, Xfmedia doesn't show Infos from ID3 Tag, only filenames, when adding through 'add entry to playlist' button, everything works like expected. I have set 'Load metadata' On Scroll. I have tested it with 2 Files on playlist -> no scrollbar, so i cannot scroll. When resizing playlist to smaller than items in playlist and then scroll to the new songs, it refreshes the info correctly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create new playlist 2. Resize playlist window, so new added files will fit into playlist without the need to use scrollbar 3. Drag n Drop some files into playlist -> Test the above with adding files through 'Add entry to playlist' button Actual Results: no update of title with stuff from metadata Expected Results: correctly update title with stuff from metadata
works fine here, dragging from nautilus. please try with current CVS if possible. it doesn't load metadata on the drop, but if i scroll slightly, it does. that's intended behavior, as i don't want to risk hanging the GUI in the middle of a drag (say if there are a lot of files, or if the file is on a networked volume). if something goes wrong, it can lock your input devices, and you have to kill X to fix it.
