Patch for the proposed functionality

would be great to have the possibility to run a command when there is no more unread mails.

This could for example be used in combination with "run on new message" to turn on a led when there are new messages and turn it off again when all messages are read.

I have done a implementation based on the "run on new messages" functionality.
I was only able to test changes in "mailwatch-plugin.c" not in "mailwatch-plugin-4.2.c".

I wasn't able to build the version in head (never dependancys needed maybe) so this patch is based on the 1.1.0 tag.
