SLiM display manager allows for setting numlock on for the session but Xfce doesn't detect/obey it.
Thank you for your bug report. We are not going to add support for all login managers custom options, this will be fixed once bug #3098 is fixed. There is currently a bug with the X.org server which prevents this bug from being fixed.
