Panel does not appear after session start

After every restart of my session, the panel does not appear in the window. 
If i kill the panel process, it will be appear very short. At next step i must
restart the panel and all will work fine. 

I ve also tried to remove .config directory.






Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. logout
2. login


Actual Results:  
panel doesn`t appear. 

Expected Results:  
panel should appear ;) 

Installed via rpm files. 
System: Suse 9.1 with kernel 2.6.10. 

Autohide: disable
Move Mouse outside of Window, change Workspace: disable
 
xfce4-panel --version

No idea what happens here, but I'm guessing it may be because a plugin is trying
to contact the network, but can't.

Do you have the mail checker with a pop3 account or the weather plugin on the panel?

Another thing you can try is to remove ~/.cache/sessions/xf*, which is where the
sessions are stored.

i ve cleaned ~/.cache/sessions/xf* and now all works as expected. --> no bug ;)
