There is currently an option to "only show minimized applications". Would it be possible to add the parallel "hide minimized applications", or "only show non-minimized applications"? The user then has the power to instantiate two icon box plugins, possibly in completely different places, where one shows minimized and one shows unminimized applications. If the user puts one after the other, it has the effect of grouping visible and hidden windows together, which is very useful considering the washed-out icons can be hard to differentiate sometimes. Thanks!
Created attachment 3105 Patch to iconbox.c that implements the requested feature Here's a possible patch that implements the above feature. Changes the 'only show minimized applications' checkbox into a dropdown combobox with the options "Show all applications", "Only show minimized applications", and "Only show visible applications". Still uses the only_hidden parameter, (only show visible = 2), so previous settings carry over with no issues.

Move bug to Window Buttons; the merge of tasklist and iconbox.
Makes sense.
