Created attachment 2946 backtrace of the crash forwarded from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=583119 architecture: i686 Attached file: backtrace cmdline: xfburn comment: Try add file to data DVD component: xfburn executable: /usr/bin/xfburn global_uuid: 073e3726d6c7106707fcbb2a0494913cbdafbcca kernel: 2.6.33.1-19.fc13.i686 package: xfburn-0.4.3-1.fc13 rating: 3 reason: Process /usr/bin/xfburn was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV) release: Fedora release 13 (Goddard)
The backtrace shows the segfault occurred in gtk code. In fact, none of the stack frames is from xfburn code. Seems like an issue with the target system (hardware maybe?), or maybe something internal in gtk changed and xfburn is using it incorrectly. For the latter I'd need to know the installed glib / gtk versions. Thanks, ~David
gtk is 2.20.0, glib is 2.24.0. I just realized that xfburn has not yet been rebuilt after these updates, I will do this soon.
Before reporting a duplicate issue, xfburn-0.5.4 also crashes when adding folders to a data project. Already reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1242427 (with all required information there). Could you confirm whether this is the same bug? Should I open a new report? Many thanks for your help, Pablo
I can't reproduce the crash with "Choosing file/s in 'File(s)to add to composition' dialog and clicking on Add button". Anyone ?
