It takes XFCE a long time to log out when being started from startx on Mandriva Linux Cooker (Cooker is the development version of Mandriva). This has been like this for a long time now. I'm using Compiz but I remember it happening back when I used the standard window manager. How do you reckon that this is connected to xfdesktop? There is really not much information in this bugreport. As we're doing a spring-cleaning of bugzilla I recommend you re-open the bug with more useful information if it persists.
