Would it be easy to use ical format instead now used dbh on storing calendar
events? this way maybe it could easily use calendar-information on other
calendar also?

Sounds a nice idea to me, especially since I was wondering how to fit more
detailed events than just a text per day into a dbh file.

Where do I find some documentation on ical? Is it the Apple stuff?

icalendar is IETF's RFC (or few of them), on libical's page there's mention
on RFC 2445 2446 and 2447 <http://www.softwarestudio.org/libical/>, If I
remember correctly ical is vcalendar version 2.0.

It would also be nice to be able to select which .ics to use, so I can use my
standard WebDAV enabled, personal calendar...
