A patch that makes orage show the time in the info box

I really like to see the start time of any event for the current day in the info box. The attached patch does exactly this, using HH:MM format. Full-day events are shown without start time. It is naively implemented, but works for me. If you like it, feel free to use it.

Implemented in GIT Orage 4.7.5.12. I added * after the time to show today
and removed the time from TODOs (as it is not easy to know which time to show.)
