Yep, I've seen this problem many times, but I haven't done any research on this.
It's a bug between gtk and Xinerama, it's nothing to do with Xfce for a very simple reason, we don't move the mouse pointer on user's behalf except in once case, when switching workspaces, and that's clearly not the case here.
i'm not using Xinerama, just a multihead
