Starting 4.7.0, it seems that pluggable dialogs don't work anymore. It's enabled in configure but when running, they start separated (even for appearance, mouse, keyboard etc.)

I change the priority as people may use this in distributions it will have to be either fixed or disabled when 4.8 starts getting released.
