Extract to... fix for file-roller

Selecting the "Extract to..." option for any archive results to a dialog window that has no directory selected, the window is blank and an error message "Operation not supported" is displayed. Attaching a patch for the file-roller.tap file that makes it work for me. It just removes the "--default-dir=$folder" part from the file-roller command line and file-roller just opens the current directory with it removed.

--default-dir is supported, don't see the problem.
