After latest glib release 2.23.1 a xfce panel has gained a window decorations.

This is caused by some bugfix workaround in glib
http://git.gnome.org/browse/glib/commit/?id=2a78adc5e3f5b33e92cc55570397da24e062aa24

And here is the quick fix http://svn.mandriva.com/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/packages/cooker/xfce4-panel/current/SOURCES/xfce4-panel-4.6.2-gtkwindow-type.patch

Tried it myself, works without problems now. Will release a new version of the panel today.
