Regarding the options in xfwm4-settings > advanced > wrap workspaces, they let you change the current desktop by approching a workspace border. The latest version 4.6 has a broken behavior cause I remember that in 4.4 when you approch to the right side of the desktop, the mouse (or dragged window) appears to the left of the next window. Currently it appears at the same position.

mmh, i ment "to the left of the next workspace".

AFAIK nothing has changed in this regard.

And how this is of "major" importance?...

I know it's sometimes hard for me to explain bugs, but, I know the current behavior is different from 4.4. Should I prove it with a screencast?

Well, maybe start with a more detailed description first... If not applicable, a screencast could do :)

Better, I figured the behavior is wrong only with VirtualBox+integrated mouse, and also with Xephyr. I can show you a screencast, but it will be invalid, hence resolved => invalid.
